Delivery - All LPS items are printed on demand and made especially for you. Production time: 2–4 working days Delivery time (Finland & EU): 3–10 working days. Orders are produced by our EU print partner and shipped from France in recycled cardboard packaging (no plastic). All shipments include a tracking code, so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery. In some cases, local postal services may not send a pickup notification, even if contact details are provided. 👉 We recommend following your shipment using the tracking link to ensure timely pickup. To reduce shipping costs and environmental impact, we recommend placing group orders with friends whenever possible.
Right of Withdrawal - Under EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products. As LPS items are printed on demand and may include personalization, they are not eligible for the standard withdrawal right unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Liability – Lahti Pinball Society ry is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.
Privacy - Personal data (name, address, email, order details) is processed solely for order fulfilment and customer service. Payments are handled securely by third-party providers. Payment card details are not stored. Order information may be shared with our print and shipping partner (TPOP) strictly for production and delivery purposes.
